Need a Coach?

At Endurance Ltd., we look at your training as a lifestyle choice and as a result, we focus on annual training instead of just training for an event.  This means that we will help you both during your race season as well as the off-season.  That said, if you are only crossing off a bucket list item and do not intend on becoming an endurance athlete, we can still help you.

We provide three levels of coaching:

    • Static training program
    • Periodic monitoring and feedback
  • Silver Coaching Package
    • Dynamic training program
    • Race-day nutrition plan
    • Continuous progress monitoring and feedback
  • Gold Coaching Package
    • Dynamic training program
    • Race-day nutrition plan
    • Continuous progress monitoring and feedback
    • Swim>>Bike>>Run assessments
    • “Live” coaching (local athletes only)

The packages above range from 12 – 24 weeks (race season) depending on level of fitness and experience.
